Welcome to Boca Bay DUI Program (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://bocabayduiprogram.com (the “Site”) and enrollment in our DUI education and related programs (the “Services”). By accessing our Site, submitting a registration form, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
Enrollment requires providing accurate and complete personal information, including full name, date of birth, contact details, and payment.
Enrollment is subject to availability and compliance with applicable state and court requirements.

2. Enrollment & Payment

To complete enrollment, you must submit the online registration form and pay the required course fee.
Payments are processed securely via QuickBooks (or other third-party payment providers). We do not store your credit card details.
Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

Important Note:

$150 of today’s payment is non-refundable, covering processing, scheduling, and materials.
This portion cannot be refunded if you withdraw, miss class, or change your schedule.

3. Course Attendance & Completion

You must attend all scheduled classes in full to receive a completion certificate.
Arriving late, leaving early, or missing sessions may result in non-completion and may require re-enrollment at your expense.
It is your responsibility to comply with all state and court requirements related to DUI education programs.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled class.
Failure to attend a class without notice will result in forfeiture of your payment.
Any changes to your schedule are subject to availability.

5. Refund Policy

As stated above, $150 of the enrollment fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refunds of amounts above $150 (if applicable) may be granted at the Company’s sole discretion, provided cancellation occurs before the start of the class.
No refunds are issued once a class has started.

6. Code of Conduct

Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without refund.
Use of drugs, alcohol, or any illegal substances before or during class is strictly prohibited.

7. Certificates of Completion

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all requirements.
We are not responsible if a court, DMV, or other authority does not accept your certificate due to your personal circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees that completion of our program will result in license reinstatement, reduced penalties, or other legal outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of our Services.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Site or Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
